Hamlin township property taxes
Winter taxes will be mailed the first week of December 2023. Winter taxes are due by February 14, 2024. On March 1, 2024, all summer and winter delinquent taxes will be turned over to the Eaton County Treasurer.
Summer Property taxes were due on or before September 15, 2023.
*Please note that at this time, we CANNOT process debit or credit card payments at the Township Office.

- On September 16, 2023, Summer taxes are delinquent and subject to interest.
- All delinquent summer taxes are still paid at the Hamlin Township office.
- All delinquent taxes will be subject to penalty and interest.
- Contact our office at 517-663-7777 for the additional amount due.
- It is the property owners responsibility to make sure the tax bill is paid regardless of whether you have a mortgage company pay the bill or not. The Township will provide a receipt to each property owner when a mortgage company remits payment or when a payment is mailed by the property owner. No envelope is needed.
